Felony Offences

* Possession of illegal substances:1 Wanted Level
o Possession of any illegal narcotics/Carrying more than doctors allow you to carry(Medical Drugs)

o Possession of a legal firearm without a weapons license (ie: deagle, country rifle, and shotgun)
* Possession of an illegal firearm: 1 Wanted Level
o Possession of an illegal firearm(ie: Silenced weapons or those not covered under the license. Automatic weapons are prisonable.)

* Manslaughter:1 Wanted Level
o Accidental killing of another person

o Colliding with someone, their vehicle; then leaving the scene without consulting that person

o Leaving, running, or escaping someway in the attempt to elude an officer

o Driving Under the Influence of alcohol/drugs

o Purchasing a weapon that is illegal

* Disturbing the Peace: 1 Wanted Level
o The act of disturbing an area with noises, acts, etc.

Severe Felony Offenses

The following crimes are the only crimes that are punishable by a prison sentence with the exception of evading arrest.
You should never prison anyone if they have not committed the following crimes except evading arrest.

NOTE: SDM has now been REMOVED from the crimes and times.

* First/Second Degree Murder of a LEO: Four Hours (Per Cop to a max. of 10hrs)
o Killing a Law Enforcement Officer(s)
* Attempted Murder of a LEO: Three Hours (Per Cop to a max. of 9hrs)
o Attempting to kill a Law Enforcement Officer(s)
* Kidnapping a LEO: Two Hours
o Capturing or detaining a LEO.
* First Degree Murder: Two Hours
o Premeditated murder. You must see the murder take place.
* Second Degree Murder: REMOVED. NO LONGER CAN BE PRISONED FOR THIS.
o Un-witnessed murder.
* Attempted Murder: One Hour
o Attempted Murder on a Civilian
* Kidnapping: One Hour
o Capturing or Detaining a Civilian Against their will.
* Possession of an Automatic Weapon: One Hour
o Possessing any automatic firing weapons
* Conspiracy to Commit Murder: One Hour
o The act of planning a murder


Note: 5 hours is max prison time.
